Pick up Orders

Did you know you can pick up your order from my studio!

When you are ready to check out make sure you click the 'Pick Up' option. Please wait for the email pick up conformation before collecting the order.

Pick up orders are usually ready for collection within 2hrs.

Picking up an online order

Please wait until the order is ready to collect before coming to collect. Make sure you check you're junk mail just in case the email has gone in there.

Please note: If you need to cancel any appointment, you are required to notify us at least 24hrs before your appointment or you will be charged 30% of the treatment price. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Therapist may turn you away if you are late showing up to your appointment. Due to back-to-back appointments, we may not be able to do your treatment if you are over 10 minutes late.

If you are usings your maps to find us don't use apple maps, make sure you are using google maps as the apple map's location is wrong.

 

Parking 

Pay and display parking is available at the top and bottom of the high street it is less than a 5-minute walk to the salon. There is parking available on the high street however it has a time limit.
