You can collect your order from my lash studio. When you're ready to check out, be sure to click the 'Pick Up' option. Please wait for the email pick-up confirmation before collecting the order.

Pick-up orders are usually ready for collection within 2 hours.

Picking up an online order

Please wait until the order is ready to collect before coming to collect. Make sure you check you're junk mail just in case the email has gone in there.

Please note: If you need to cancel any appointment, you are required to notify us at least 24hrs before your appointment or you will be charged 30% of the treatment price. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Therapist may turn you away if you are late showing up to your appointment. Due to back-to-back appointments, we may not be able to do your treatment if you are over 10 minutes late.

Parking 

Pay and display parking is available at the top and bottom of the high street it is less than a 5-minute walk to the salon. There is parking available on the high street however it has a time limit.
